Terms & Conditions

- These commission options are for personal use only (no logos, printing for sale, using as freebies as part of your business, or any form of mass-production either for profit or for free).
- You may print off digital commission to display in your home and use them as icons/headers on social media.
- Please credit me if you use or share my artwork on social media.
- I reserve the right to share progress pictures and finished commissions on my social media, protected by Glaze and Nightshade, unless you state otherwise.

Time frame:
Commissions can take me up to a month to complete depending on my schedule. If for any reason it takes me longer to complete the commission, I will notify you before the 1 month estimate is up.
If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will offer a refund depending on the stage the piece is at.
If you request a refund once the commission is completed and you have received the files it will not be accepted.

Communication and Revisions:
I do my best to keep commissioners in-the-loop with progress and any setbacks, however if you haven't heard from me for a while feel free to contact me for an update!
Depending on the nature of the commission you will receive watermarked screenshots of the initial and refined sketch, the finalised line art, the flat colours, and the finished piece. This is to ensure you're happy with how things are developing but if you'd like any major changes once you have approved the refined sketch there will be an additional charge of £15 for each revision.

Payment:
I accept payment through PayPal f&f, Ko-Fi, or can set up a custom listing through my BigCartel shopfront.
For a concept development conversation payment needs to be made upfront.
For other commissions you can either pay the full price upfront or half upfront and half upon completion. The hi-res file will be sent to you via email once I confirm the payment has been received.
If you requested any changes that incurred a charge this will either be required before the commission can be progressed (if you opted to pay upfront) or will be added to the final payment (if you opted to split payment).

Starter (Concept Development) - £25

On the left is a page of very rough thumbnail sketches and colour palette ideas. On the right is 3 more refined ideas and the main moodboard I referenced to come up with the ideas.

If you want to commission a piece of art but aren't completely sure what it is you want, I am happy to discuss ideas with you and develop it into a fully-formed concept! At a time that suits you (please note I am based in the UK so use GMT/BST in the summer) we can have a conversation about your thoughts so far and we can put together:
- A relevant moodboard
- Up to 6 thumbnails
- Up to 3 further slightly more refined concepts
- Colour palette ideas
You can either use this conversation to take the commission further with me or take the idea to another artist - there's no pressure either way.
